Requirements

1. Completed Visa Application Form
   • Fill Out This Form
     
2. Passport Photo
   • One (1) 2×2 inch color photo with a plain light or white background.
3. Travel Proof
   • Copy of airline ticket or itinerary showing arrival and departure dates.
4. Copy of Driver’s License
5. Valid U.S. Passport
   • You must ship your original passport(no photocopies).
   • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
6. Payment of Fees
   • Embassy Fee:$160
   • UPV Fee:$250
   • Total: $410

Business Visa – Brazil

Requirements

1. Completed Visa Application Form
   • Fill Out This Form
2. Passport Photo
   • One (1) 2×2 inch color photo with a plain light or white background.
3. Travel Proof
   • Copy of airline ticket or itinerary showing arrival and departure dates.
4. Valid U.S. Passport
   • Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel date.
5. Business Letter of Responsibility/Guarantee
   • Must be typed on company letterhead and addressed to the embassy.
   • Should include:
     • Purpose and nature of business in Brazil
     • Name and address of business contact in Brazil
     • Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
   • Must be signed by a company officer other than the applicant.
6. Payment of Fees
   • Embassy Fee:$160
   • UPV Fee:$250
   • Total: $410

• Processing Time: 5–7 business days for both visa types.
• Same-Day Processing: Not available for business visas.
• Out-of-DC Jurisdiction: Additional charges may apply.
• Shipping Fees: Not included; must be arranged separately.
