Requirements

5. Letter of Invitation
   • From the company in China, with official stamp.
6. Accommodation Information
   • Fill out the “Where You Stay” section on the application form.
7. Business Letter from Your Company
   • Typed on official letterhead
   • States duration and purpose of travel
   • Confirms financial responsibility
8. Payment of Fees
   • Embassy Fee: $140
   • UPV Fee: $250
   • Total:$390
