Tourist Visa Requirements

1. Completed Visa Application Form
   • Fill Out This Form
2. Passport Photo
   • One 2×2 inch color photo on a plain white or light background.
3. Travel Proof
   • Copy of airline ticket or itinerary showing arrival and departure dates.
4. Copy of Driver’s License
5. Valid U.S. Passport
   • Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
   • You must ship your actual passport(no photocopies).
6. Payment of Fees
   • Embassy Fee:$165
   • UPV Fee:$150
   • Total: $315

Business Visa Requirements

1. Completed Visa Application Form

3. Travel Proof
   • Copy of airline ticket or itinerary showing arrival and departure dates.
4. Valid U.S. Passport
   • Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel date.
5. Business Letter of Responsibility/Guarantee
   • Must be typed on company letterhead and addressed to the embassy.
   • Include:
     • Nature of business to be performed
     • Name and address of business contact in destination country
     • Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds
   • Must be signed by a company officer other than the applicant.
6. Payment of Fees
   • Embassy Fee:$165
   • UPV Fee:$150
   • Total: $315

• Same-day processing is not available for Business Visas.
